Many great ideas (new ones and old ones) and valuable technologies are not catching on as rapidly as they might. The same goes for strategies to resolve conflicts, improve our communities, and improve the performance of our organizations.

I want to help people in governments, nonprofits, and in activist groups to reverse those patterns and to be better at their jobs. There are many business-oriented tools for creative thinking, problem solving, innovation, and planning that need to be put to wider use in governments, nonprofit organizations, and informal networks of activists.
