The Institute would offer many services:
* Training in techniques for creative thinking, problem analysis,
decision analysis, planning, and innovation management
* Facilitation of brainstorming sessions on particularly complex
topics
* Assistance with knowledge management initiatives and culture change in your organization
* Consulting
on social marketing and on refining ideas to incorporate the characteristics of successful innovations
* Training in
design thinking, Six Thinking Hats, DATT, Six Action Shoes, and more. This will include train-the-trainer sesssions.
